Q: How do I know which plan I'm on?

Check your invoice, latest renewal email, or match it to the amount you're paying us. If you're still not sure, email us.​

Q: What changes to my website are included?
​
Web Management plan & Pro: Basic changes such as swapping images and text that are already on the website. For example, changing text or images on any pages, changing your opening hours, adding services to existing pages.
Web Management Pro: Same as above.
Web Management Plus+: All of the above, plus advanced changes such adding new pages or content which requires the layout of the website to change. Any larger changes required such as a whole re-design will be quoted for but will receive a discount on this plan.

Q: How quickly will you do these changes?

Web Management plan: We will run through all requests twice a week.
Web Management Pro: Usually the same or next working day.
Web Management Plus+: ASAP priority list.

Q: What changes to my website are not included?
​
- Very time-intensive changes like installing apps (such as a shop or booking system) are not included. We can quote for this.
- Entire re-designs or major re-structures are not included. We can quote for this.
- We will not undertake anything on your behalf that is part of running your business. This includes managing products in a shop, processing orders, taking payments, managing communications, adding things to your blog/news feed, marketing work, etc.

Q: Can I have an example of what is or isn't included?
If your opening hours changed, we would update them across the website for you. They might be in your footer or on your Contact Page.
We would not add a post to your blog/news feed explaining your new opening hours to your customers. This would be your job.

Q: Is there a time limit on changes I can make to my website?
​
Web Management Plan & Pro: To keep our prices low, we have a discretionary cap of 1 hour a year. We work quickly and very few of our clients require any more.
Web Management Plus+: The very nature of this plan requires more time on our behalf. We have a discretionary cap of 3 hours a year.

Q: While on a management plan, what are my responsibilities as the business owner?
​
We will not manage anything on your behalf that is part of running your business. This includes managing products in a shop, processing orders, taking payments, managing communications. Your website is a valuable tool for your business. We keep it running, and it is your job to use it appropriately to boost your business.

Q: Can I start on a cheaper/more expensive plan and upgrade/downgrade later?
​
Yes. Your website is on an annual renewal. In that time, you can upgrade and downgrade your web management plan. The only thing to remember is if you're on Plus+ and you downgrade to either of the other plans, we may charge a small surcharge for any work we have done that was going to be covered in future payments. This is discretionary and case specific.

Q: How do I get my invoices?
​
At your renewal you will receive a private link with your invoices. We recommend bookmarking your link for future use.
